Rafael Ching’s parents moved to Colombia from China before he was born. Most of his life growing up and seeing the hardship of his parents as immigrants allowed him to learn how to deal with many situations with ease. He adapted to the wonderful culture of Colombia, learned the language and created amazing possibilities. As a teenager, Rafael came to the US, where he went to high school, he then decided to go back to Colombia to work on his family business. In Colombia he also met his beautiful wife and had two beautiful children that he loves and supports.
Later, Rafael began to question what he really wanted in life. Although many years before he started in the industry, he knew what his calling was. Rafael knew he wanted to help others make a life changing decision and walk them through every step of the way, this brought him to realize his love for Real Estate.

Juliana Constant originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil has been living in Queens, NY for 11 years. While in Brazil, she pursued 2 year towards a BSN in Marketing at the University Estácio de Sá in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She worked as an intern in a leading advertising company and had the great opportunity to work with many multinational corporations.
First arriving to the US she felt a change in her heart and realized that what fulfilled her is the ability to help people. She decided to pursue a career in Nursing. She graduated from LaGuardia Community College in 2013 and became a Registered Nurse. Juliana has been working as a Medical and Surgical nurse in a 350-bed hospital in Brooklyn for 3 years now.
Looking into her future, Juliana wants to find a way to help people and also apply her knowledge in sales and marketing. As a homeowner, she also realized that she could help others to sell or buy their homes based on her refined aesthetic insight and attention to detail. Ryan J. Walsh began his legal career representing first time home buyers, real estate owners, lenders and nonprofit organizations in residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout New York State.
Mr. Walsh’s legal focus is on representing lenders and individuals in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate. The firm represents clients in residential and commercial mortgage transactions, sales, purchases, refinances, leasing of commercial and residential real estate properties. The firm also counsels individuals in the preparation of wills and the sale and purchase of business interests.
Ryan is a active board member of Neighborhood Housing Services of Northern Queens, a State wide Board member of Best Buddies, a board member of the Central Queens Y. Ryan is a former board member of Community Board 11 and YMCA 189 Beacon Program.
Ryan received his Law Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2001. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Stony Brook, where he majored in Political Science.
